Working from our Brisbane workshops, we carry out ring resizing, claw re-tipping, stone replacement, pearl restringing, chain soldering, and full jewellery restoration whether the piece is a week old or a century old.
We also specialise in jewellery remodelling too. If you have inherited a piece that doesn't suit your style, we can redesign it into something you'll actually wear. Bring us the piece, tell us what you need, and we'll tell you exactly what's involved.
Servicing & Cleaning
Fine jewellery is made to last, but only if it's looked after. Over time, everyday wear dulls metal, loosens claws, and builds up residue that no amount of home cleaning will shift. Our in-store jewellery cleaning and servicing restores your pieces to their original brilliance: we inspect every stone setting for security, professionally clean and polish the metalwork, and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger problem.
We also offer rhodium plating for white gold pieces that have started to yellow. We recommend bringing your fine jewellery in for a service once a year, walk-ins welcome.
